We offer to enhance the whole layout, including fonts, margins, and tables of contents, among others. We first fix any layout issues in the work, for example, by correcting the page numbers. Furthermore, we care about how individual elements match each other, and how they look together as a whole. Questions in our design process can be:

  • What is the best margin for the paper size in terms of readability?
  • What is the best footnote style for the thesis? 

We ask these types of questions to ourselves and also discuss them with you to ensure every detail in the layout finds its place.

WORKFLOW

  1. Submission
    You submit your work(s) in Word or Pages and your requests to us. The requests can be written descriptions, drawings, or samples. You may have a look at the showcases on our website to get inspiration as well.
  2. Meeting
    We set up a (virtual) meeting to discuss your requests and decide together how the desired layout should look like. We offer you the final quote and estimated working time based on the requests.
  3. First payment
    Once the agreement has been settled, we send you the first half of the invoice. We start working on the layout once it has been paid.
  4. Draft and revision
    We send you the draft and expect your suggestions and feedback. We revise the work accordingly. This can occur multiple times.
  5. Second payment
    Once the final version is complete, you pay the second half of the invoice.  Please note that we only provide PDFs as end result.
